Elite TCG ("we", "us") helps collectors scan, value, organize, trade and sell trading cards. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or Apple. Your collection: the cards you add, their condition, quantities, what you paid, notes, and the scans or photos you upload. Profile: the username, display name, bio and photo you choose to show publicly. Trading: offers, messages and, when you buy a postage label, the shipping name and address you enter. Usage: basic logs (pages visited, errors) needed to run and secure the service. Payments: handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To provide the service: identifying cards, pricing them from public market data, tracking your collection, matching trades, generating listings, and sending you sign-in and account emails. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your collection data for advertising.

Sign in with Google or Apple

When you use Google or Apple sign-in we receive only your basic profile (email, name) to create and identify your account. We request no other Google or Apple data.

Sharing

Your data is stored and processed by our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), EasyPost (postage labels and tracking for trades; it receives the shipping name and address you enter) and Resend (sends our transactional email, such as sign-in links and trade notices). Market data comes from public sources such as eBay, TCGplayer and Cardmarket; your searches to those services do not include your identity. If you connect an eBay seller account, listings you choose to publish are sent to eBay on your behalf. When you lock in a trade, your shipping name and address are shared with the other member for that trade only.

Public information

If you pick a username, your profile is public. You choose in Settings whether your collection and its value appear on it; the leaderboard and collector directory only show collection figures for members who keep their collection public.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself from Settings, Account, which removes your collection, scans, profile, messages and settings and cancels any subscription. You can also email hello@elitetcg.co and we will do it within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to your own account by row-level security, and secrets are never exposed to the browser.

Children

Elite TCG is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Trading is limited to members 18 and older.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
